About the role
Stockholm Exergi is now looking for engaged and experienced workplace resources for the audits in 2026.
The audits are intensive periods where many contractors work simultaneously in complex environments – and where safety always comes first. Here, you will play a central role in ensuring that the work is carried out safely, structured, and according to applicable requirements.
About the assignment
As a workplace resource during the audits, you are a key person in the preventive and operational workplace work. You work closely with audit coordinators, managers, contractors, and subcontractors (UE) to ensure that risks are identified, managed, and followed up.
Your main tasks:
- Contact relevant subcontractors and collect and review risk analyses.
- Engage in dialogue with clients and UE regarding any supplements.
- Participate in the development and review of the audit's overall risk analysis.
- Prepare and maintain safety information related to risk analyses.
- Conduct information meetings and training sessions for contractors together with audit coordinators.
- Contribute to the development of informational materials before and during the audit.
- Support the audit coordinator in work with the schedule and APD plan to identify risks.
- Assist managers with incident investigations.
- Participate in safety rounds, document, register in business systems, and follow up on measures.
- Raise BBS and incidents at morning meetings and conduct BBS observations throughout the day.
- Ensure that the right safety equipment (forms, barriers, signs, locks, etc.) is available and coordinated.
- Be present in the operations daily and contribute to ensuring that work is carried out according to agreed workplace requirements.
- Participate in the final evaluation after the audit regarding risk assessment, incidents, BBS work, and suppliers.
The work may occasionally require presence during evenings or weekends.
Mandatory requirements
- Experience with BAS-P and BAS-U work in construction and civil engineering projects
- Experience in coordination, management, or control in construction or industrial projects
- Relevant education in occupational health and safety, including BAS-P and BAS-U
- Good ability to work with planning, risk management, and problem-solving
- Experience in conducting information meetings and communicating with different professional groups

Assignment information
Assignment period: As soon as possible until 31/10 2026
Extent: Full-time
Location: Stockholm
In order for a consultant to gain access to Exergi's offices/facilities and for an access card to be issued, they must complete the online courses SSG Entre Basic Course + SSG Entre Stockholm Exergi (via SSG Solutions). This is a requirement for anyone who will have an access card.
